All products must be purchased before we will ship them. We do not accept personal checks, but we do accept credit cards thru Google Checkout, and by mail you may send a cashiers check or money order.
You should receive your order within 10 to 14 business days. If you would like an item overnighted please contact us by email first so we can estimate the over night shipment fees.
All of our emails are answered with in a 24 hour time period. If you do not hear from us via email, then please contact us again or by regular mail.
We believe you will be satisfied with the product you purchased. However, it might not be what you wanted therefore, you have 14 days to return any product after you have received the product. If it is received within the 14 days we will refund you 100%. You have up to 30 days to return your item for 75% of the purchase in store credit. You have 90 days to return the product due to normal usage and it becomes broken, or damaged and we will give you 100% store credit.
